So yeah, that's all I have to say from before. But I do have to say... **THANK GOD THANKSGIVING TRAINING IS OVER!!**. I have now come to hate "vacations" because they're not even fucking vacations at all! (Well for me anyways). Swimming 6 hours a day is crazy! I was SO wicked dead yesterday morning, and today for that matter. But last night my group went out for pizza and then went to my coach's house to watch a movie (U571). I had a pretty good time. And thanks Melissa for letting me lay on top of you! lol
I can't wait for the Calamari Meet either! Okay, I'm out to do some English homework... hehe

Oh good Lord, sorry for not updating (especially Jenn!). Hmmmm, let's see, what happened.
Don't trust anybody with a secret because you KNOW they're going to JUST tell their best friend and they're going to tell THEIR best friend blah blah blah and so on. Or they could use it against you to find out something from someone else.
Swim has been quick, I can't believe its been over 2 months now! And even though it HAS been that long, I feel like I still can't be myself around people. Maybe its' cause I'm new in the group, or that I don't want them to think I'm a freak or something. Ive gota go to practice, ill fnish later

Also today we got our teams for an intersquad meet were having on Sunday. ** For all of you out there who don't know what an intersquad meet is, its when a team divides into 2 teams and races eachother**. I'm so excited for it!!
Now time for good news and bad news...

Good Lord, i am hurting like a one legged man in a jumping contest. We did dryland at swim yesterday, (ie medcine balls, pushups, and good things like that) and i am SO sore. Does anyone know where your lats are? Anyone? Anyone? Ferris? They're a muscle group right below your shoulders. Im not even exaggerating when i say i can't lift my arms without a lot of pain. Stetching will help though =) Call me crazy, but i like feeling sore. Not forever though, just for a few days. I feel accomplished, like i did something really hard. But thats not weird... right?...
Okay, last thing for the day. Its something i don't understand; math. I mean, i understand that we need it for just about stinkin everything (which is bad for me because im REALLY bad at math), but there are just some aspects that i don't understand. Like how 2 positives can equal a negative. I mean, if i don't like hotdogs, and i don't like mustard, am i supposed to like a hotdog WITH mustard?? I just don't get it.
Oh yeah! Tomorrow im going over one of my friends from swim house (wait, did that make sense?)! Melissa! Im so excited! And im staying over! Allright, i have to go calm down because i am WAY to hyped up for 12:42 in the morning. I have to get up before 10 so i can watch TNBC Saturday morning. Just Deal is okay, but i miss Hang Time! I went to the back doctor today, because i have scoliois, and there was good news. My back only curves 17 degrees, which isn't that bad, but one side of my back WAS a lot bigger than the other. So my doctor put me into a brace, but only for the night. Ive been in it since 99', and it really helped.
But lately, my back has really been killing me. The doctor told me not to use my brace for the past 2 weeks, and thats what he thinks the problem is. My back muscles aren't use to it, therefore they're weak. So hes sending me to therapy! Therapy! I don't think i need it, and who is he to say? Just because hes a dOcToR? o0o0o0o haha no im just kidding.
Well, that whole ordeal took about 2 and a half hours, so i was late to practice. I told Josh (my coach) and he was okay with everything. Not that he wouldn't be, cause hes cool. Anyway, we got out of practice early today so guess what i got!?!?! A MASSAGE!!! Cha-ching! The masseuse lady, i swear to God had magic fingers. It was over to quick though! =(
Allright, ive gota go study for a History test tomorrow. I read, outlined, and studied the whole freekin chapter, so i had better do good!!

Practice last night was such a breeze. We went over dryland stuff, like medcine balls, and stuff like that. Oh yeah, the head of the swimming team, Peter Brown, showed us how to do strengthing work, like 1 legged squats. How you might think that they're not all that difficult, but try doing them yourself. Just stand up, put one leg in front of you, and do a squat. All i have to say is 'ouch'. My butt is killing me right now.
We had practice this morning, actually every Monday and Friday morning for that matter, so tonight hopefully won't be that hard. My friend from the team Rachel and i were talking about it yesterday. See, the days we have double practices, well usually have a medium-hard practice in the morning, and a medium-hard practice at night. And that makes sense. Anyway, were having a meeting and my coach, Josh, can talk for probably 2 hours about.... well, really anything. So im looking forward to that tonight. And we get out at 7:30... =)
The group has the weekend off so ill find a way to keep myself busy. Oh yeah! The Harvest Festival is this weekend. My problem is solved.

AHH! Ive gota leave for swim in 22 minutes. Im so nervous. Practice last night was rough. I don't want to go tonight. Yesterday we ran 2.3 miles for time. My calves were like freekin rocks and i couldn't move my ankles. THEN i thought the actual SWIMMING part wasn't going to be that bad because we ran so BLOODY much. But No0o0o0o0o0o.
Ive just gota think, i swim so i can get a scholarship to college, then ive only got about ummmmm 7 more years left! =l

But im not sure where i would put everything.

Jenn, I can take a joke. Maybe because it was on the internet i didn't what you ment. But if you read what i did, you can't tell me you wouldn't get mad.
But i did get a little ticked off because everything i seem to do upsets you... and im sick of it. You're telling me i can't handle a joke? I can think of a HUNDRED times when you got mad at me over something retarded. Does anyone want an example? Okay, at the beginning of last year, Jenn and I used to be really good friends, never fought about anything. Some people used to tell me that Jenn did get mad over little things, but i was like "No she doesn't! Jenn's wicked cool".
Then one say she was wearing a red shirt with a studded design on it, a blue fleece, and a lepord print scarf. I said OVSIALLY joking by the way "Hey Jenn, you really clash today." She got all ticked and left me wondering what just happened. I thought she was only kidding, so i said hey the next day, and she gave me "the look". But we made up and that was the start of the fights with no end.
But i just can't say the negative stuff. When were not fighting, Jenn and i are really good friends (or i think so at least). I wish she would just understand that most of the stuff i say im ONLY kidding. I think we would be really good friends if she could just understand that.

Hey guys! What's going on? Not too much in my neck of the woods. Practice today was pretty easy, considering warmup was a little hard. I mean underwater suck-a-mondo (those are when you go underwater before the flags, touch the wall, and push off after the flags). Well there was no breathing pattern, so that was a definate plus. Then we just did a kicking set. So it was all good.
When i got home from practice i went to Dunkin Dounts and got a coffee. I never drink coffee, so im a little wired right now. Wait, no im not. Coffee doesn't seem to have an affect on me.
